It seemed nice to have that big community area for them, though they did dinners there a couple times a week too. i believe they also has certain amounts of required community service. the greenbike reminds me of something i would have seen at tour de fat... minus the motor, of course :) our department christmas partyis heldin the community house of a place a lot like the arcadia one. Just do your research, save some money, and don't be afraid to make mistakes. Start out small so when you do make a mistake, it's not a big deal.
